• Employment – Knowledge of the available job readiness programs and how to gain access.

• Health – Referrals to out-patient care and assistance with medical insurance and fitness needs.
• Housing – Knowledge of tenant and homeowners’ rights.
• Legal – Referrals to legal aid.
• Political – Source of information for local community boards.
• Recreational – Access to social gatherings and networking opportunities.
• Transportation – Information concerning car services, voucher programs, ambulatory care and discount fare programs for the disabled and seniors.
